Description
A firm of chartered quantity surveyors seeks a Quantity Surveyor join them in Surrey.
A multi discipline firm of quantity surveyors, building surveyors, project managers and M & E Engineers with several offices around the United Kingdom now seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office as a result of a growing workload. You will be involved in providing early cost budgets, detailed cost plans, procurement and valuation services for a range of clients including leading property companies, developers, investment and pension funds, banks and occupiers. Projects are currently valued from between £2m to £170m and include both new build and refurbishments for offices, retail, leisure, hotels and residential buildings. Ideally you will be MRICS qualified with experience gained with a PQS firm.
