Description
Our client provides specialist building services for a large number of clients or a range of commercial and industrial developments. We are currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work on a contract basis at Frimley, Surrey.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking cost analysis, preparation of budgets, performing risk and value analysis, advising on procurement strategy, assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents along with a range of other tasks.
Ideal candidates will have relevant QS/Cost Management experience in Fire Systems or similar areas, be qualified in a relevant discipline with a Mechanical Background preferable.
