Position: Quantity Surveyor
Package: £45-50k, car allowance and full range of benefits.
Company: National Construction business with network of area offices, undertaking building and refurbishment schemes to £20m across Berkshire, Bucks and the Thames Valley areas.
Role: Quantity Surveyor responsibilities will include complete budget and cost control, financial reporting, commercial management of variations and subcontractors, valuations and payments, all from contract award, you will be focused upon completion of the project within programme and budget, additionally you will liaise with Client/Project consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and the Final account is agreed.
Requirements: Formal UK construction qualifications and a proven track record of successfully providing QS support to building or refurbishment projects in the UK ranging in value from £4m.
