Description
Our client is at the forefront of design and build projects and currently are completing a large and varied portfolio of work to include commercial, industrial, retail, education and social housing etc. Project values range from 1 million right up to 100 million. They are currently looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to work on a wide variety of projects up to 10 million. This is an exciting and varied role of which you will never have to travel more than 3/4 of an hour to reach a site. General QS duties involved to include costings and there is lots of opportunity to progress or move into other project areas e.g. larger works or civils. Excellent benefits provided and some previous experience required. Candidate must also have a fairly varied project background within construction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Working on projects between 1 10 million
Working on the above types of project or a wide variety of project e.g. education (Universities, Schools etc)
General surveying duties to include costings, evaluations, liasing with sub contractors etc.
