Description
Our client, a firm of chartered quantity surveyors seeks a Director to head up their office of quantity surveyors in Melbourne.
Our client is a firm of chartered quantity surveyors with offices across Australia and elsewhere world-wide. They now require a Director to head up their already large but continually expanding office in Melbourne, Australia. You will need to be either MRICS, MNZIQS or MAIQS qualified and you are likely to be an Associate Director with another firm of cost consultants at present. The Melbourne office currently is 30 people strong so you will need to have proven management skills, financial management skills, business development skills along with broad based project experience. Projects currently include large commercial buildings, leisure, residential and other projects.
