Quality/ Technical Manager
Salary circa of £30k
Hours of work - 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday; 8:30am to 3:30pm Fridays - But You will need to be flexible to meet customer/Business demands
The ideal candidate will be an experienced quality professional with a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering process and system improvements in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced quality professional with a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering process and system improvements in a manufacturing environment. He/she will have a full working knowledge of the ISO9000 Quality Standard and a practical understanding of modern process improvement tools and methodologies.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic leader, trainer and mentor in all aspects of quality, prepared to take ownership of and resolve problems. They will be an excellent communicator, equally at home liaising with operational, administrative and technical personnel, and have the appropriate level of commercial credibility and gravitas to build and develop positive working relationships with customer contacts at all levels. Applicants should have a recognised auditing qualification and, ideally, a familiarity with fully integrated QA software packages.
Quality and Technical Skills, with a track record of process control improvement in the following industries - Packaging, Automotive etc
The right individual should be flexible, adaptable, someone who is good at representing there company in terms of meeting the customer/ supplier.
You need to of achieved a Quality related qualification and been able to use what has been taught to bring about improvements in their business.
The Quality / Technical Manager to lead our Quality assurance programme and provide technical support across all areas of the business.
