Our client is looking for a quality technician with a mechanical background to join their existing quality team. The successful candidate will have experience in writing reports and and inspection work using verneers and callipers.
Successful candidates will be expected;
To carry out routine material and product testing and assessment using standard analytical and measuring techniques.
Callipers, micrometers etc
To document results, producing evaluation summaries and reports. To complete the administration of any special control procedures.
To prepare necessary test certification documentation routinely required by Customers for finished products.
To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly statistical analyses required by Customers or otherwise in the form of a technical summary report.
To assist in materials testing in support of development group activities.
To assist in the compilation of Company documentation for ISO Quality system requirements.
To assist in the monitoring of any departmental trial work in line with planned objectives.
Hours of work - (Flexi) Made up between 8/9.30 4/6pm (need to complete 36.25 per week).
