Description

Our Client packages and distributes a range of OTC pharmaceuticals and vaccines on behalf of three major Clients. They have the requirement for a Quality Technical Administrator to work within the Central Quality Department of the large-scale manufacturing facility in Hampshire. Candidates should have experience of administrative support in a technical / manufacturing environment. Knowledge of cGMP is an advantage, knowledge of Quality activities highly beneficial.

Temporary contract set to run until January 2009.

Job Summary:

To provide effective administrative and technical support to the Quality function in relation to specific areas of responsibility, including inspection management and audit support.
To assist with producing, publishing and presenting reports, budgets and documentation as required by the Quality organisation.
To liaise with team members, support functions and operational areas to ensure effective flow of information and data.
To generate, distribute and archive documentation as appropriate to the specific group, including technical documentation, specifications and worksheets where applicable.

Personal Requirements

•Experience at a similar level within the pharmaceutical industry prefered.
•Excellent communication skills required, organised and able to multi-task essential.
•High level of IT skills required
•Good administrative background and high levels of IT literacy.
•Knowledge of cGMP is required as incumbent may be required to work in operational areas.
•High level of English language skill necessary.
