JOB TITLE: Quality Manager
BASED: Manchester
BASIC: £24-30k.
BENEFITS: Pension and Healthcare.

THE ROLE

*To oversee the smooth running of the QA department
*You will provide technical support to the business and be responsible for monitoring the quality of all finished products that pass through the site.
*You will maintain the ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP within the business ensuring employees conform to the procedures and standards.
*You will be responsible for the internal auditing of various functions to ensure the compliance with standards while looking at continuous improvements.
*You will identify, plan and implement continuous training and development programmes which will enhance department and people skills.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*2yrs experience as a Quality Manager
*BRC and / or ISO principles
*Proven track record of team working and continuous improvement objective
