Description
A truly excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager within this large precision engineering environment who supply technical products into the Medical, Aerospace and general engineering marketplaces.
THE ROLE
Based from Rugby you will be responsible for the upkeep of the sites Quality function as well as some basic health and safety work. You will manage a small team of technicians who are responsible for the general process quality improvements within the plant. It is important that you understand quality systems including ISO9000, and have the ability to conduct audits. There will be a practical element to this role allowing you to really develop this function.
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in the role of Quality Manager it is important that you have a good level of engineering qualification as well as the ability to lead and develop a team. Ideally you will also have some Health and Safety experience, in order to develop this side of the role.
- HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering
- Quality management Experience
- ISO9000, 13845 Experience or Similar
