Description

We are looking to appoint a talented and committed individual to manage our quality function. You will be totally responsible for updating, implementing and managing our quality systems, liaising with customers and suppliers, driving through quality initiatives within our factories and effectively managing a team of 5 quality engineers.

Quality Manager, Sheffield, £35k+

Our client manufactures specialist parts for the oil and gas industry, due to a recent and ongoing expansion they are looking for a Quality Manager to install new processes and procedures before taking a strategic role within the organisation.

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for updating, implementing and managing all quality systems, liaising with customers and suppliers, driving through quality initiatives, strategic planning and the recruitment and management of a small team.

With prior experience of working within Quality Management in an engineering manufacturing environment, you will have an Engineering degree, or equivalent, and experience in customer facing roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm, installing your own set of policies and procedures in this hands on position before taking over the strategic vision and deploying plans for future growth.
