Description
This leading manufacturer of safety critical products and components for the global aerospace industry is continuing to expand.As a result of this expansion the need has arisen to recruit a Quality Manager to lead the quality team. The Role: Responsible for Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance. Responsibility for customer specific quality requirements. Develop processes to drive root cause corrective actions using quality and lean manufacturing tools. Provide direction to the team and advise the company on all Quality Control certification and legal requirements with external bodies. The Person: Degree qualified in an engineering discipline. Ability to build a team and mentor staff. Experience of aerospace quality systems and standards particularly AS9100 and CAA certification.
