Description
Quality Manager
Excellent opportunity to join this sub-contract Electronics manufacturer who have a vacancy for a Quality Assurance Manager whose main duties will include:
Developing and managing all quality systems relevant to company requirements; Directing and managing all departmental personnel; Providing guidance to ensure more effective operations within the quality department; Providing monthly management reports. Highlighting returns analysis, Statistical analysis of production failures; Resolving all issues relating to documentation queries; Providing technical and quality related issues to all departments; Interfacing with and resolving customer related issues; Performing supplier performance and evaluation duties.
The role will be based in Northants and is commutable from Banbury, Buckingham, Milton Keynes and Daventry.
Likely to possess a minimum of an HNC, you will have significant previous experience in a quality oriented function and possess a good working knowledge of ISO9001:2000 Quality systems. You will have proven experience in SPC methods and a working knowledge of Electronics manufacturing. An excellent communicator you will have the ability to motivate and work in a team environment.
