THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the management of the quality department within the company's turbine workshop. You will be required to manage the quality team, look at ways of reducing quality issues using root cause analysis and 5Y techniques, producing quality reports and maintaining a log of previous quality issues and ensuring these don't arise in the future through staff training etc.
