Description
Quality Manager West Midlands
35-45k basic salary + bonus
Fantastic opportunity to join this £60 million UK turnover that specialise in electrical components for consumer retail market. This Quality role involves liaising with the Chinese factory where half of the manufacturing is carried out.
Role Description
The role is primarily to manage the quality systems and procedures in the midlands factory, this will involve developing and implementing a strategic and tactical business plan. Reporting and analysing the KPIs , combined with driving quality improvement plans will be key responsibilities.
Reporting back to the executive management team on a monthly basis will be required.
Required Experience
You will require a tertiary qualification in Quality management, business system or Engineering. The role requires a diligent manner, with an attention to detail to complete tasks in a orderly fashion. Experience of implementing quality systems is required. Flexibility to travel to mainland China is required.
