Quality Manager
We are currently assisting a London based Housing company in their recruitment programme. The company is specialised in the development of low cost home ownership for people since 1979, and has thus become the leading innovators in the intermediate house market.
Due to some business successes, they are currently looking for a Quality Manager who will report to the Technical Director.
The Quality Manager will work with the Design Manager to ensure that the best quality of the companys products and processes. He/she will also manage the Quality Inspection Team and ensure that the standard of workmanship and materials are consistent.
The main responsibilities of the Quality Manager will involve:
-property or building qualifications
-Quality inspections throughout the whole project: pre-site, on site and post handover
-Act as the point of contact on matters relating to building insurance
-be responsible for the Health & Safety procedures
-Report KPIs to technical Director
To be considered for the Quality Manager opportunity, your CV will need to display the following profile:
-Ability to advise on construction issues, vetting of drawings and specifications
-Thorough knowledge of building contracts types
-Understanding of the construction process and supply chain arrangements

As a compensation, the salary of the Quality Manager will be in the realm of £40,000 and £50,000, and will be provided with a private health care and pension scheme.
