Quality Inspector - Mechanical - must have a background in fabrications, working in fabrication testing/measurements, and experience of reading engineering drawings and inspection experience in manufacturing or fabrication environment and any experience with NDT testing will be beneficial for this role.
Quality Inspector - Mechanical - Derbyshire
My client has been established for over 60 years supplying to the aerospace, power generation and oil & gas industries. Specialising in the design, development, manufacturing and installation of jet engines test cell facilities and gas turbine acoustic packages. We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join this exciting business.
The ideal Quality Inspector must have a background in fabrications, working in fabrication testing/measurements, and experience of reading engineering drawings and inspection experience in manufacturing or fabrication environment and any experience with NDT testing will be beneficial for this role. The role will involve carrying out goods inward inspection, liaising with customers and QA/Inspection, carrying out inspection of equipment at supplier works, carrying out inspection on site, to produce inspection reports and associated documentation, and to review certification records.
