My Middlesex based client urgently requires two quality engineers.
No. 1 Experienced electrical/electronics Quality Engineer with aerospace exp.
No. 2 Experienced electro-mechanical Quality Engineer with aerospace exp
Qualities / experience required :
"Proactive, with good communication skills (written & verbal) at all levels (internal, customers, suppliers).
"AS/EN 9100 (ISO 9001: 2000 minimum), including AS/EN 9102.
"EASA Part 21 Subpart G useful.
"Continuous Improvement, SPC & Metrics.
"Internal auditing of Quality Management System (process & compliance).
"Supplier approval & surveillance (including auditing).
"Risk Analysis.
"Root Cause Analysis (working knowledge of tools used), corrective & preventive actions (including report preparation) - parts, sub-assemblies & finished products.
"Calibration.
"Generation of project-related documentation e.g. Quality Plans & Product Acceptance.
"Test procedures.
"Knowledge of GRESS useful.
