Position Details
Mission and Main Objectives
• Implement activities to strengthen total customer satisfaction by improving the quality of vehicles.
• Define and develop new quality systems, measurement and analysis methods to improve quality from a customer's viewpoint.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop quality management systems including responsibility for detailed data analysis and reporting.
• Define and develop new quality evaluation methods to improve our quality from a customer's viewpoint.
• Lead analysis of a wide range of quality related information including warranty, survey and market research data.
Background & Experience Required
• Self motivated with proven ability in quality or vehicle evaluation.
• Able to work cross-functionally at all levels and respond quickly to changing demands.
• Ideally with have vehicle engineering, testing or manufacturing quality experiences.
• Clear understanding of health and safety responsibilities as an employee
Minimum Education Required
• Europe - Licence
• Degree qualified
