Quality Engineer Required - Essex Based Defence Company - Full MOD security check criteria applies to this position. Responsible for the Quality Assurance of: Business Change, System Integration, System Security. System Deployment activities and to Perform Quality Assurance activities for the Supply Chain elements relating to these activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the flow down and implementation of requirements through the supply chain
Perform supplier assessments to ensure ongoing capability within scope of supply
Work with Supplier Quality contacts to improve supplier processes and resolve Quality issues,
Ensure that Supplier processes are in alignment with requirements and manage improvements
Evaluating process capability to support integration between product teams
Working with the customer to ensure Quality activities are performed
We act as a Recruitment Agency.

Education and Experience
Fully conversant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
Understanding of MSP and PRINCE2
Attainment of an engineering or management related degree.
Extensive experience of Systems Engineering Quality Assurance
