Description
This leading Northamptonshire based manufacturing operation which is part of a large European group is currently looking to recruit a Quality Engineer due to major growth plans through to 2010. Based on the Northamptonshire border our client is also commutable from leicestershire and its surrounding regions, making it the ideal location for an engineer based in the heart of the East Midlands.
You will need to have experience of working within an engineering or manufacturing organisation as a Quality Engineer with experience of hands on day to day quality issues including process improvements, as well as have some experience of working with quality systems and dealing with customers concerns. Working to ISO9000:2000 you will report into the Quality Manager and be given responsibility for monitoring continuous improvement activities within the quality function using quality tools. You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to learn about new systems and methodologies on a regular basis.
