Role & Responsibilities:
oDevelop skills in management systems and continuous improvement tools.
oInvestigate customer complaints and provide solutions.
oOversee new product development projects.
oChampion improvement projects
oDevelop skills to manage external certification body audits.
oDetailed analytical work
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oMetallurgy, materials science or related subject higher qualification.
oTechnical experience is advantageous
oAbility to communicate effectively at all levels.
