Our client is currently recruiting for two Quality Assurance personnel to join their team, one on a 9 month contract basis (paid monthly) and one on a permanent basis. The Quality Assurance Officer, QA Officer will have some solid experience in the Pharma industry in a QA capacity plus a degree or NVQ in a scientific discipline. Ideally the QA Officer will also have experience in FDA or MHRA audits.
The key responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Officer, QA Officer, Senior Quality Assurance Officer, Senior QA Officer are as follows:
To ensure that all tasks are carried out in an effective and efficient manner in line with international regulatory, ISO, corporate and client requirements pertinent to the department
Maintain knowledge of key site policies and procedures
Ensure that appropriate training records are maintained for training performed
Keep abreast of regulatory changes
Provide support to client and regulatory audits as required.
Review documents
Carry out 'spot checks' and inspections
Provide production advice and support
Communicate effectively with others on site and internationally and to participate with them in planning and problem solving activities.
Undertake quality problem solving
Liaise with all departments to provide a timely and efficient service for our internal and external clients.
Ensure that all health and safety procedures within the department are adhered to with respect to personal duties and the duties of others
