Global Quality Assurance Manager

Automotive electronics company currently seek a QA Manager. You must be degree qualified with 6-8 years experience, some of which within Automotive electronics. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong results with well developed quality initiatives, and deliver cost improvements with extensive lean leadership in a engineering and manufacturing environment. Must be capable of maintaining robust failure analysis methods (8D, FTA, FMEA), reliability calculation competence and have strong analytical skills
Prefer Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent (trained and certified). Skills preferred are ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and ASO Certified Quality Manager.
Must have strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and leadership skills, and proven ability to develop a strong team environment.
Must possess the inherent skills to drive change, must be strategic yet tactical, and creative yet fundamental, and able to work in difficult and timely situations well



JOB DESCRIPTION
A member of the executive management team leading a small group of Quality Professionals globally, the Quality Director will set the strategic goals and objectives, ensure that robust controls and measures are in place and deal closely with key clients. You will provide coaching, direction and leadership to your team and the broader business with regard to quality focus.
