Quality Assurance Engineer
This vacancy is to support the Quality Assurance role within the various Integrated Project Teams within the business.
Quality Assurance support will cover all aspects of Design Assurance, Supplier Assurance and Product Assurance
Key responsibility areas:
Ensure all customer requirements are satisfied by means of effective advanced quality planning. Ensure product and process verification and validation are completed. Influence design quality by applying pro-active design assurance activities including DFM, Design Reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA. Management of all project non conformances to a resolution. Manage internal and customer FAV, FCA / PCA reviews and all formal customer communications. Ensure all supplier issues and developments are managed to a conclusion.
Manage product release and build standard reconciliation. Ensure Project improvement opportunities are managed to a conclusion. Manage QA aspects of LRI / System Qualification programmes including product and project internal audits.
Automotive and Aerospace background would be beneficial as would industrial experience. Knowledge of Engineering Project disciplines along with advanced Quality Planning would also be advantageous. Quality tools & techniques and Non Conformance / FRACAS would also enhance your application.
