Project Description:
Provision and replacement of the Deltic Legacy Stock lost during the Fire at the storage facility.
Essential Skills:
1.An ability to accurately interpret and implement job requirements defined within process documentation, drawings, specifications and procedures.
2.Have a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2000.
3.Have a concise understanding for implementing / progressing the requirements associated with APQP and PPAP activities. Specifically: -
Design and Process FMEA's
Develop Process and Quality Control Plans
Use of SPC and interpretation of data
Develop First Article Inspection activities.
4.Have an education with an engineering background to a minimum of HNC Level or equivalent.
5.Take the lead with non-conformance investigations with the supplier.
6.Facilitate the development of known Control Build and Strip Regimes.
Advantageous Skills:
Have a background knowledge of the automotive industry; specifically with the development of Engines and associated parts.
Must have a Full Driving Licence.
