CBP Analyst for Global Chassis Function Onetime Data Entry tool, Part Library and Program Compliance: Single European Subject Matter Expert for Onetime Data Entry tool (ODE), Part Library and Program Compliance. Train all chassis and locally kicked-off Global Commodity Business Plan (GCBP) teams on ODE, Part Library, Commodity Vehicle Alignment (CVA) and Product Description Letter (PDL) inputs. Roll out and train each GCBP team on usage of Onetime Data Entry tool Work with each GCBP team using Onetime Data Entry tool to create a Part Migration Plan Participate as European rep in upgrade and development of ODE tool as required Roll out ODE upgrades and training as required Part Library Data Dictionary development & maintenance for chassis function globally - the client led GCBPs as required. Assist teams with loading parts into Part Library and OK-to-Use development as required. Identify, confirm and train Commodity Controllers for all chassis GCBPs plus other regional led as required. Establish and maintain Part Library & Worldwide Engineering Releasing System (WERS) access set-up for all Chassis Commodity Controllers to ensure appropriate Part Library service is maintained Single Point of Contact and window person for Part Library operational issues and resolution in conjunction global development and IT team located in FNA. Manage existing European Part Library set up and manage transition to global approach under Core Engineering to ensure continuity. Act as lead European analyst in Part Library II and Global Commodity Hub acceptance testing and sign-off. Skills Required:
Provide quality assurance function for CVA and PDL output documentation to ensure effective implementation by downstream users i.e program teams. Work with program teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding of GCBP outputs and directions. Roll out and train European program teams in GCBP compliance and deviation process. Drive resolution of program compliance issues Load and maintain documents to eRoom and TeamConnect as required Self-starter with proven delivery track record Strong drive for results Flexible work ethic to integrate and share responsibilities with the wider team
Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint Experience Required:
Extensive engineering experience with proficiency in parts releasing (WERS experience preferred) Technical experience to assist GCBP teams develop technical attributes for a commodity or component Project management experience essential Travel flexibility to support teams as required Education Required:
Engineering based Degree 2.2 as a minimum
