Requirements
You will ideally be degree qualified with a BSC in Construction Economics (Quantity Surveying), or equivalent, and should either be a chartered Quantity Surveyor or working towards chartered status.
You will have 4-5 years post graduate experience in the following:
• Contract Procurement
• Contract Administration (Pre & Post)
• Closure of Final Accounts
• Claims Resolution
• Cost Estimating
Summary of Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor must be a pro-active team member working on projects in a multi-discipline, client-facing environment, representing the company on a projectby-project basis.
