Our client a major player with the rail/construction industry are looking to recruit a Proposals Manager for their Head Office in Surrey.

Our client a major player with the rail/construction industry are looking to recruit a Proposals Manager for their Head Office in Surrey.
This is brand new role, but as the ideal candidate you will be qualified in a construction discipline and have extensive experience of dealing with large value tenders/contracts and have a rail background.
You will be responsible for maintaining register of potential opportunities which are currently values at £90m, support and coordinate the Business Managers to establish a matrix of key customer contacts, Lead the production of prequalification questionnaires, ensure that sufficient resources are available to successfully bid on tenders, lead the production of tender submissions, be a focal point for post tender negotiations and arrange tender hand over to operational teams and tender debrief and implement lesons learnt.

Marketing
Prequalification
Tendering
Post Bid Submission/Mobilisation
Reporting
