Our client is a well established Property Management company based in Birmingham and London with an impressive portfolio of clients in the UK and overseas and, due to continued growth, require an additional Chartered Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. The position will involve property management, lettings and professional issues including overseeing rent review / lease renewals. It is essential that candidates are RICS qualified with experience within a similar position.

It is essential that candidates are RICS qualified with experience within a similar position.
The successful applicant will manage external consultants that provide professional advice and services, ensuring that best results are achieved. They will also assist with maintenance / refurbishment contracts and with the acquisition and disposal on investment properties. Candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of having worked on a mixed commercial portfolio within a similar Property Management company, a commercial approach with integrity and enthusiasm together with excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, they will also be able to undertake all aspects of day to day management. The role will require frequent travel around the UK.
On offer is a competitive basic salary, to 35k per annum, plus car allowance.
