Locally based company needs Architectural/Property Technician to assist with development and maintenance of premises in East Anglia, Midlands, South and South East England.
Candidates must be able to produce accurate scaled drawings using AutoCAD and preferably hold an HNC in Building Studies or similar qualification.
Duties will include planning, undertaking or commissioning remedial works, office duties, contract administration and assisting with supervision of contracted works.
Responsibilities include travel to the companys other sites; a vehicle and mobile are provided. This role offers a challenging, rewarding and varied career based in Woodbridge. 37.5 hour week Monday/Friday. Starting salary depending on skills and experience £16k/£23k negotiable.
