Projects Manager - Contstruction - Doha, Qatar
You will be a Projects Manager with a solid background in Architecture and a strong emphasis on the Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising projects for the location, design, inspection and maintenance. The Projects Development Manager will administer construction contracts and coordinate projects including all phases from planning to project construction.
Other responsibilities will include: Business Development, including but not limited to presentation to potential clients, and proposal preparation and coordination, management and performance of consulting assignments.
Scope of job responsibilities also include developing, facilitating and securing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships to effectively grow the business programs, products and services.
Salary - a competitive monthly salary and benefits package, approximately around U$8,000-10,000/month + housing, Transportation allowances+ annual ticket and annual vacation leave entitlement. (Tax Free)
