Description
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for work on a new school build worth £6m available to start immediately. The project has already started onsite and they are looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to be based on the site in Hereford.
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for work on a new school build worth £6m available to start immediately. The project has already started on-site and they are looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to be based on the site in Hereford.
You will be responsible for all Quantity Surveying duties on the project including but not limited to valuations, cost reporting and final account agreement
The ideal candidate will be a Freelance Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on build projects for a Main Contractor. A background within the education sector would be greatly beneficial but is not essential.
The contract is for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension and the successful Quantity Surveyor will be paid a rate of up to £30/hour.
