Description
Project Planner to support the project teams with contract planning and provide accurate data, resolve programme issues and prepare claim substantiation programmes as necessary.
Position: Project Planner
Package: £55-65k basic plus full benefits package
Company: London Region of Main Contractor with schemes to £50m working within health, education, commercial and Local Government sectors.
Role: Responsibilities include liaison with the Pre & Post Contract teams to produce prequalification documents, assessment of site preliminaries, present tender plan and programme at adjudication meeting, Attend pre-qualification interviews and presentations, Production of tender plans, programmes and method statements, to support the project teams with contract planning and provide accurate data, resolve programme issues and prepare claim substantiation programmes as necessary, liaise upon services, temporary works etc
The role will present key challenges and provide a service that is fundamental to the delivery of the projects.
Requirements: You must have previous UK site based experience, be fully conversant with common planning packages and possess good communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate experience of working on £5 20m schemes within the building environment with a UK Main Contractor, knowledge of JCT forms of contract would be beneficial.
