My client is looking for recently qualified project managers to work on a number of key commissions including projects for Formula 1 Racing, large retail developments/refurbishments and Town Centre re-developments up to the value of c£300m.
The successful candidates will be capable of managing projects from conception, taking client briefs and advising from design, planning and feasibility through to construction.
Candidates must be chartered in a relevant discipline (PM/QS/BS), with strong construction related project management experience gained within one or more of the following sectors commercial, retail, education, health & science, residential or industrial.
Excellent pre-contract documentation knowledge is required together with the ability to set up and use project management tools such as project handbooks and project execution plans.
Experience in the role of Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator will also be an advantage. These roles are client-facing and require excellent interpersonal skills.
For the Birmingham post, strong education experience would be an advantage.
