A first class opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading European provider of energy services to local authorities and companies who offer customers end-to-end multi-energy solutions, applying their skills to deliver a comprehensive package of water, energy, waste management and transport services.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful implementation of large energy and utilities construction projects delivering demonstrably safe and environmentally sound projects, completed on time and within budget, which meet the requirements of the service delivery contracted to the company and always incorporating continuous improvement and maintaining excellent customer relations. You will also be responsible for providing Project Management support for large construction projects during the Sales process. You must have a thorough understanding of the commercial risks associated with a sales proposal involving construction and be able to advise and influence the positive management of that risk for the commercial benefit of the company.

In particular, you will take responsibility for the health, safety, quality and environmental performance of the construction projects you are managing. You will also take control of capital procurement, initiating and maintaining close control of costs throughout the projects to meet the agreed budget. You will ensure that construction proceeds according to programme and you will represent the company to the customer throughout the construction phase.

In supporting the Sales development of large construction projects, you will take responsibility for supporting the Business Development Manager in selling the company solution to the customer.
