My client is looking for an experienced man-manager to lead their Mechanical & Electrical team, based near Woking in Surrey.

My client is looking for an experienced man-manager to lead their Mechanical & Electrical team, based near Woking in Surrey.
The team currently comprises of four mechanical and two electrical engineers - and it will be down to you to ensure that they're properly led and supported. Working on a wide variety of projects within education and commercial properties, you will ensure that the company consistently meets client expectations. You'll also act as the lead engineer within the team, carrying their feasibility studies, preparing reports and producing specifications.
You will ideally be someone who has proven your management credentials already. You will have led M & E teams within a client facing environment before and will have a strong knowledge of the construction industry generally, as well as a relevent industry qualification.
A generous package is on offer including a starting salary of between £35,000 - £40,000, healthcare plus a car allowance.
