Description
An automotive OEM requires a Project Manager Engineer
Position Description:
PVT engineer for Dynamic Sealing system. AIMS - Header and Qtr ligh
Water leaks, Wind noise, bonnet foam block retention and new AIMS as reqd. BSAQ - Investigate and resolve customer feedback issues from Warranty (ECB,PAWS) and TGW. Implant - Support Manufacturing priority Gatefold or QSF issues relating to sealing system. Internal Quality - Support Quality reviews (DQR) as required to resolve issues e.g. FCPA. FMS - Investigate and resolve issues raised on internal fleet vehicles. TVM - Support CoC cost reduction activities.
Skills Required:
CoC Engineering experience of problem resolution. WERS experience. Supplier management.
Skills Preferred:
Previous Visplus and IDEAS knowledge useful but non essential.
Experience Required:
Automotive industry hardware component design and in plant mod introduction. Automotive industry manufacturing support.
Education Required:
Engineering ONC/HNC/Degree.
