Project Manager to manage a new project valued at £10m+, your responsibilities will include complete project management from post contract stage
Position: Project Manager - Slough
Package: £55-60k basic (negotiable) + full benefits.
Company: Project Manager required for Regional office of well known Construction business operating in the Thames Valley region that specialises in high quality new build and refurbishment projects typically between £5m and £35m in value. They have a client focused approach with an emphasis upon quality, client satisfaction and repeat business. They have a number of new projects commencing or at final design/negotiation stage in the Education, Health and Commercial sectors.
Role: Project Manager to manage a new project valued at £10m+, your responsibilities will include complete project management from post contract stage, you will lead and motivate the project team to deliver the project, within programme and budget, manage quality, health & safety and the supply chain, you will liaise with the client and their consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop a proactive approach to the construction process.
Requirements: Completion of a new build project of at least £8m, you should have a track record of successfully managing projects; you will have experience of working on new build D&B projects. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, have strong leadership qualities with drive, enthusiasm and ambition to succeed.
