Description
Project Manager required to manage a Design & Build project within the Central South, with several new projects to £20m due to commence.
Position: Project Manager South Coast
Package: £55-65k plus full range of benefits
Company: Well known regional construction company operating across the South of England, with projects in both the public and private sectors. This organisation is well thought of and has a high proportion of repeat and negotiated projects, ranging in value from £1m to £30m across most industry sectors
Role: Project Manager required to manage a Design & Build project within the Central South, with several new projects to £20m due to commence, your responsibilities will include complete project supervision from pre-construction or contract award, you will lead and motivate the project team to deliver the project,
within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality and health & safety are a primary focus, additionally you will liaise with clients and their consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop a client focused approach.
Requirements: Experience required upon general construction projects of £10m+, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects; for the long term you should be comfortable working on either new build D&B or refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, have strong leadership qualities with drive, enthusiasm and ambition to succeed.
