Package: Basic £5565k with full benefits package
Company: UK Construction business that specialises in high quality new build and refurbishment projects typically between £2m and £30m in value.
They have a client focused approach with an emphasis upon construction quality, client satisfaction and repeat business. With a number of new design & build projects due to commence they are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager.
Role: You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a new £12m Design & Build project from commencement through to completion. The role comprises of liaising with the clients team, managing a site management team, working closely with the supply chain, controlling quality, managing health & safety, construction programme, budget and monthly reporting.
Requirements: You will be a Project Manager with a track record of delivering projects from £8m. You will be experienced in dealing with clients and have a non adversarial approach gained through working for Main Contractors in the UK upon general construction projects.
