Description
Project Manager required to manage a Design & Build project in the region valued at £20m.
Position: Project Manager Bristol area
Package: £50-60k, car or allowance, full benefits.
Company: Construction business with busy, profitable and successful South West office operating in Bristol and the surrounding areas, with projects ranging in value from £1m to £25m across most industry sectors.
Role: Project Manager required to manage a Design & Build project in the region valued at £20m.
Your responsibilities will include complete project supervision from post contract stage, you will lead and motivate the project team to deliver the project within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to and that the company is not exposed to unnecessary risk at site level, additionally you will liaise with the client and their consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop a client focused approach. Additionally you will be involved with tender input on other schemes.
Requirements: Completion of single projects of at least £10m, you should have a track record of successfully managing commercial and education projects; you will have experience of working on new build D&B projects. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, have strong leadership qualities with drive, enthusiasm and ambition to succeed.
