Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects up to £250k each in value. The schemes are varied in type, sector and value, with interesting and diverse construction methods, high quality clients and complete project responsibility.
Position: Project Manager
Location: North, Central & West London areas.
Package: £50-60k, car allowance, travel paid, full benefits package.
Company Overview: Privately owned main contractor undertaking a variety of projects - new build, refurbishment and fit-out on a traditional and design & build basis within the residential, commercial, health, retail, and hotel sectors to £15m.
Position: Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects up to £250k each in value. The schemes are varied in type, sector and value, with interesting and diverse construction methods, high quality clients and complete project responsibility.
You will have full control of the delivery and commercial aspects of each project, with a role managing your own portfolio of clients and schemes, a number being repeat business. You will tender, negotiate and build projects working directly for Clients and their representatives, mostly in high class areas of London upon high quality projects.
Individual: You will have a strong track record of delivering quality projects for a reputable contractor ideally specializing in projects to £500k.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of client account management, successful project completions and knowledge/working experience of the London market.
