Project Manager required for a New Design and Build Project, responsibilities will include complete project supervision from preconstruction through start-up to completion
Position: Project Manager
Package: £6070k, car or allowance, benefits package
Company: London based Main Contractor focused upon in high quality new build and refurbishment projects typically between £3m and £40m in London. They have a client focused approach with an emphasis upon quality, client satisfaction and repeat business. They have a number of new projects commencing or at final design/negotiation stage in the Education and Health sectors.
Role: Project Manager required for a New Design and Build Project, responsibilities will include complete project supervision from preconstruction through start-up to completion, you will lead and motivate the project team to deliver this secured project, within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to, additionally you will liaise with clients and their consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly in a proactive manner.
Requirements: You will be a Project Manager with a good track record of delivering projects of £10m+. You will be experienced in dealing with clients and have worked for Main Contractors in the UK upon D+B schemes.
