Project Manager to take control of a portfolio of projects up to £1m in value. The schemes are varied in type and sector, with interesting and diverse construction methods.

Position: Project Manager

Location: North London / West London project areas.

Package: £55-60k, car allowance, travel paid, benefits package.

Company Overview: Our client is a respected privately owned main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £60m. They undertake new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects on a traditional and design & build basis within the residential, commercial, health, retail, leisure and education sectors. They have a high proportion of repeat and long term clients, secured turnover for 2008 and a tremendous amount of future business.

Position: As the business continues to profitably expand they are looking for a Project Manager to take control of a portfolio of projects up to £1m in value. The schemes are varied in type and sector, with interesting and diverse construction methods.
You will have full control of the delivery and commercial aspects of the schemes, with a role managing your own portfolio of clients and schemes, a number being repeat business. You will tender, negotiate and build projects working directly for Clients and their representatives, mostly in high class areas of London upon high quality projects.

Requirements: You will have a track record of delivering quality projects for a reputable main contractor ideally specializing in projects between £250k and £1.5m.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of client account management, successful project completions and knowledge/working experience of the London market.
