Description

Project Manager required to manage a negotiated refurbishment project of £10m+ in North London incorporating extensive structural works and a new build extension.

Position: Project Manager North London project

Package: £70-75k+ travel/fares + car allowance + full benefits package

Company: Long established London based Contractor with good reputation for high quality work, that has a high proportion of repeat and negotiated projects in the greater London region. This organisation undertakes projects within the commercial, hotel, leisure, private residential and upmarket retail sectors with values from £2m to £20m.

Role: Project Manager required to manage a negotiated refurbishment project of £10m+ in North London incorporating extensive structural works and a new build extension.
Your responsibilities will include complete project supervision from preconstruction, you will lead and motivate the project team to deliver the project, within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety procedures are adhered to, you will manage the client and their consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly, ensuring continued client satisfaction and further repeat business.

Requirements: Experience required upon new build and refurbishment projects of at least £8m. The successful candidate will have leadership qualities with drive, enthusiasm and ambition to succeed, Client and Design team management experience, Good health & safety awareness, Ability to develop & maintain relationships with supply chain, Good team working skills, Good communication skills, Client focused approach, Accurate planning & programming, Good time manager, organised, Able to prioritise effectively, Effective managerial and supervisory skills, in return an excellent basic salary is on offer together with a full package of benefits.
