Our client is a well known International Project Management company currently working on several prestigious developments in Dubai.
Required to take the clients Project Management role, our client seeks to employ qualified Project Managers / Senior Project Managers. Ideal candidates will need to have substantial experience (a minimum of 5 years) in a similar role and exposure to Project Management of high-rise towers is a pre-requisite.
The project is one of the largest projects currently under the clients control, it is perhaps the world's most ambitious tourism, leisure and entertainment district and will provide residents with a modern and luxurious lifestyle comprising of amenities from retail stores, 5 star hotels and golf courses, approx value of project will be over £3 billion.
As the successful Project Manager, apart from the overall control, you will be involved in all aspects of contract agreements & costs, and should be competent to make recommendations. As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing the professional consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the Project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters.
