Project Manager - Electronics Project Engineer - Development Engineer - Project Engineering Manager - Ref 7918/612/JH - Salary £40,000 - Manchester
Are you a Project Manager looking for your big break in a big company? Looking for a greater challenge in a role that is always advancing? If you have the knowledge and the ambition to take on anything then you are the person we're looking for!
The company are part of a global organisation at the very forefront of cutting edge technology. The are looking for an excellent project manager to join a well established branch of the business responsible for developing exciting new high tech electronic instruments. You will be responsible for projects from conception to completion, involving customer liaison and engineering strategy improvement.
You will be project managing up to 10 engineers working on up to 6 projects with values ranging from £50k to £1mil. Delivering projects in line with budget and time restraints by managing priorities and bid effectively. The role will also involve contribution toward the company's engineering strategy and looking at how to improve it.
Ideally you will be from an engineering background, educated to at least HND level and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. Knowledge and experience of PRINCE2 methodology would be a big plus as would knowledge of safety critical engineering processes.
