A leading Renewable Energy company is currently looking for a Project Manager due to its strong growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a challenging career in an innovative industry.
The successful candidate will ideally have an Electrical Engineering Degree and have sound experience of working in an engineering environment. Experience of working in a Construction environment would be highly desirable. Excellent project planning skills and a track record of delivering projects is also a must. Other key areas should include having strong negotiation skills and an ability to prioritise demanding workloads and an attention to detail.
You will be managing projects and delivering them to time and cost where values could be from £250k up to £10M. Day to day duties will include receiving new projects and discussing with clients their requirements. Ensure profitability on projects. Reviewing and implementing contracts for clients, developers and contractors. Management of sub-contractors and suppliers and working to tight deadlines.
Other areas will include management of all project H&S including CDM compliance.
