Description
Our Client, a Global Telecoms Company, is currently looking for an experienced Consultant. The CRM Consultancy Lead is a client-facing role covering a
l aspects of product delivery throughout the implementation life cycle. This includes client engagement and pre-sales, project initiation, business discovery, design, system build, development and deployment.
The candidate will need to have previous experience as technical project manager for the full project life cycle. The candidate should also have experience with Issue Management; Identification of risk; Management of change control process in their previous roles. The desired candidate will also need to have the ability to Lead workshops and scribe and Map business processes. The candidate will also need to be able to translate discovery outputs into high level design documentation for sign off. The successful candidate will need to have worked on previous Siebel related projects previously. Previous experience with SAP and Microsoft CRM tools as well as being able to manage configuration control and release processes. Previous experience managing some of the following would also be highly desirable for this role actuate 8, Ms SQL server, MS Exchange, integration EIM, Integration of web services/ XML, upgrading of applications, Firewalls, VOIP and Cisco Call manager.
